Edmund works as a designer in a number of fields, but his passion lies in Landscape and Garden Design.
While working in a plant nursery specialising in herbs, Edmund discovered a way to connect his training in 3D design with his desire to work with nature.
Edmund went on to gain a certificate in Horticulture with the Royal Horticultural Society, then studying Garden Design at the Inchbald School of Design in London.
Since graduating nearly ten years ago, Edmund has designed many gardens both in the UK and as far afield as Cape Town. These have been from the tiniest town garden to rambling country gardens and include a winning a Silver-gilt Medal for a show garden at the RHS Hampton Court Flower show.
Edmund also has a qualification in Permaculture Design. Permaculture provides an ecological design system that works very closely with nature. It is a holistic approach that seeks to create sustainable gardens and architecture. This led to Edmund assisting the set up of Clearwater Revival, as natural swimming pool company, through which he designs environmentally sound pools.
Edmund has recently completed a Masters in Sustainable Architecture. Edmund has completed a number of house extensions, barn conversions and garden buildings with an emphasis of energy efficiency and low embodied energy.
